1、施工圖紙及其他技術(shù)文件齊全，且已進行圖紙技術(shù)交底，滿足pvc阻燃風(fēng)管施工要求;

pvc阻燃風(fēng)管在儲藏搬運過程中需要注意：

Attention shall be paid to PVC flame-retardant air duct during storage and handling:

1、pvc阻燃風(fēng)管材應(yīng)水平堆放在平整的地上，應(yīng)避免彎曲管材，堆置高度不得超過1.5m，管件應(yīng)逐層碼堆，不宜疊得過高。

1. PVC flame-retardant wind pipes shall be stacked horizontally on flat ground, bending pipes shall be avoided, stacking height shall not exceed 1.5m, pipe fittings shall be stacked layer by layer, not too high.

2、管材和管件應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)******的庫房或簡易棚內(nèi)，不得露天存放，防止陽光直射，注意防火安全，距離熱源不得小于1m。

2. Pipes and pipe fittings shall be placed in a well ventilated warehouse or simple shed, and shall not be stored in the open air, to prevent direct sunlight, pay attention to fire safety, and the distance from the heat source shall not be less than 1 m.

3、搬運管材和管件時，應(yīng)小心輕放，避免油污，嚴禁劇烈撞擊，嚴禁與尖銳物品碰觸和拋、摔、滾、拖。pvc阻燃風(fēng)管道在施工過程中要確保提供的pvc阻燃風(fēng)管管材和管件應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定，并附有產(chǎn)品說明書和質(zhì)量合格證書。在使用前一定要對pvc阻燃風(fēng)管進行技術(shù)鑒定或者復(fù)檢，杜***使用質(zhì)量有異有損壞跡象的管材。
